Founder Gregory Patrick established Tours of Enchantment in 1988, pioneering the rental of private estates almost 30 years before it’s explosive growth today. Gregory was the first in the world to merge luxury hotel services in a private property environment in an effort to control the guest experience from top to bottom. Patrick soon diversified offering highly personalized, experiential luxury vacations and events with his own signature multi-layered creative design. In 2017, the company expanded globally and rebranded as DreamMaker®, a direct play on the fond moniker bestowed on him by longtime clients.
After 29 years of setting the highest benchmarks of creativity in the luxury travel space, DreamMaker® launched an extension of its brand, Experientiality®. DreamMaker® will continue to serve the UHNW market offering “never-to-repeat” designs, exclusively purposed to its marketing partnerships. In contrast, Experientiality® is being scaled to serve the HNW space with personalized experiences that can be repeated, but are still impossible to duplicate as it relates to creativity, level of attention and our personalized design.
The two brands together form the House of DreamMaker, having earned the status of a true Design House. Gregory Patrick is “The DreamMaker” and the creative genius behind the House of DreamMaker. He is to travel what Valentino Garavani was to the House of Valentino.
